Kentucky's Draft Initial Proposal Volume I comment closed on October 26, 2023. The comments received were evaluated and considered for inclusion in the Initial Proposal. The Office submitted its Draft Volume I on December 18, 2023. Kentucky's approved Volume I and attachments are posted below.

II of the Initial Proposal closed on December 4, 2023. Comments were evaluated and considered for inclusion in the draft.
Volume II was submitted to NTIA on December 20, 2023 and is currently in the review and revision process. The current version of Volume II is provided below, along with the updated scoring rubric.
