Five-Year Action Plan
The Office of Broadband Development's Five-Year Action Plan describes the Commonwealth's priorities for expansion of high-speed internet in Kentucky.
The plan was informed by data and research and local coordination with local leaders, community, and industry partners. This is a critical step in the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program and was conducted in partnership with the Digital Equity Act (DEA) planning process.
