In accordance with this rule, broadband providers can register to receive information about publicly-funded roadway construction projects to assist in the planning and deployment
of broadband facilities involving public rights-of-way. These notification will include, but are
not limited to, an annual distribution of the State Transportation
Improvement Program (STIP).
